Charter Requirements

What you need to know

The person contracting the vessel must be at least 25 years old.
A signed charter agreement and $250 deposit guarantee your date and time. The balance is due 30 days before your cruise.
Bookings within 30 days of cruising are paid in full at contracting. Payments are made online through our secure processor with any major credit card.
Maximum of 20 passengers per USCG regulations.

Safety Regulations

Please note

Per USCG regulations, swimming from Smooth C's is not permitted. Passengers may only disembark at a commercial dock.
Smoking is not permitted aboard. There are no exceptions to these safety regulations.
Smooth C's departs from The Harborage Marina, 1110 3rd Street S, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. Free on-site parking is available.
Relocation may be available throughout the Tampa Bay area, subject to availability and relocation fees.
